Bypass Sealing Solution
The bypass seal utilizes a high-temperature foaming process in the electrophoretic baking process. The resulting hardened foam fills the cross-sectional structure of the vehicle body, completely sealing the cavity and preventing the ingress of water, air, dust, and smoke into the interior. This improves the driving experience by enhancing the cabin's quietness and comfort. Additionally, it helps to reduce metal body corrosion caused by water leakage, as well as minimizing noise, vibration, and acoustic vibration roughness (NVH).
