Thermal conductive silicone grease (heat dissipation paste)
ZJ-GZ20XX series thermal conductive silicone grease is a series of insulating organic silicon interface materials with thermal conductivity (1.0-6.0W/mK). Mainly applied to
1. Thermal interface materials for LED lighting fixtures;
2. Thermal interface materials such as transistors, semiconductors, electronic and electrical equipment, microprocessors, and power modules;
3. The medium used to transfer heat between heating elements (such as amplifiers, ICs, and heating tubes) and radiators.
Product features
1. Good thermal conductivity and high electrical insulation performance;
2. Pasty, easy to apply, and easy to apply;
3. Odorless, odorless, safe, non-toxic, non corrosive, low volatility, and low degree of dissociation;
4. Good resistance to high and low temperatures, high temperature stability, and can be used in a wide temperature range of -50 ℃ to 250 ℃.

- Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrate with appropriate solvents such as alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc., and then evenly apply thermal conductive silicone grease.
- If stored for a long time, there may be a small amount of oil separation. When using, stir it evenly again without affecting the performance of the grease.
